Just a reminder: winter months are for snowmobiles 🙂🛑ATTENTION:🛑
AT THE TIME OF THIS POST, MANY SNOWMOBILE CLUBS HAVE MADE TRAILS UNAVAILABLE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE’RE SEEING SIGNIFICANT REPORTS OF ATVs AND OTHER USER GROUPS TRESPASSING ON OFSC PRESCRIBED TRAILS. WE ARE URGING EVERYONE TO RESPECT THE HARD WORK OF OUR VOLUNTEERS AS THEY WORK WITH WHAT WINTER DELIVERS AND REMAIN HOPEFUL THAT WE WILL SEE A POSITIVE SHIFT IN THE COMING WEEKS. PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER OUR LANDOWNERS WHO GENEROUSLY GRANT ACCESS FOR PERMIT BUYING SNOWMOBILERS DURING THE WINTER MONTHS ONLY.
ONLY YOU CAN STOP TRESPASSING!

This idiot heading up a freshly groomed 806 today leaving huge ruts and stripping snow bare off hills. This was the guy www.facebook.com/cfmotosiderider?mibextid=ZbWKwL

Hi All! A great feeling getting the groomer fired up! We are getting trails ready and waiting for more snow and the deeper freeze. Riders should monitor the ITG on the OFSC website or App for the latest trail status. We are hopeful that more snow and cold is right around the corner and that grooming preparation operations can continue. ... See MoreSee Less

Awesome can’t wait, now to keep the atvs off trail 🤬 passed 2 yesterday

Congratulations guys.

Will E107 through Round Lake and 805 through Shanick be ready for the weekend?

So awesome !! 107 is Yellow !! too bad all those 4 wheelers and SxS ripped er all up. And according to all the facebook posts on EOTA trail groups they will be ripping them up all winter claiming they are "multi use " trails. Big kerfuffel with the post allegedly from OPP saying OFSC has the trails from Dec 1 till Apr 1 . The EOTA folks are saying thats bullshit and a fake post and they will be rockin the trails all winter especially at night, soooo unless there is a fine and IMPOUNDMENT of the vehicle, they will just continue to phuc up the sled trails. It behooves me that they do minimal trail maintenance ( quite frankly they actually DESTROY trails, digging trenches, exposing rocks and stumps) According to several restaurants I have spoken to, they make way more money off of sledders than 4 wheelers/SXS. I guess our 1.4 million in revenue recognized in Ontario isnt important enough for the Gov't and OFSC to care about creating legislation to keep those phuc's OFF the sled trails in winter for the maybe 8-10 weeks we get to enjoy.
